We are working with competence development within communication, primarily for large organizations and companies. Idéforum was established 1993, and since then has been working with recognized capable educators with many years experience of communication and business processes.

Our strength lies in the engagement we create in our assignments. This contributes to a permanent will to develop and to improve. We start with analysis, business concept, vision, needs and engagement. To create interest and “make clear”, we use educational tools.

About the company and our leaders
Idéforum Utbildning is an Education company with activity within communication and management. The company was founded in 1993 and has since then implemented a quantity of different assignments to a large number of costumers. Our assignments are primarily education and development-assignments as for example to develop companies taking business concept, marketing, competence development, leadership and production as a starting point.

Way of working
We are working after the “Idéforum-method”, a method that creates effectiveness and comfort in implementing our instruction. Together with our customers we form the duration proposal after measurable needs, resources and perspectives. In all our assignments, activities and involvement, is important tools to release positive energy. In all the “change-work”, the ability to look at behaviour and occurrence objective, and to learn more about ourselves and retain the engagement, are all conditions for success.
